Error 13, 13.x - Paper Jam
- Check paper tray. Make sure paper is loaded correctly and tray is adjusted to the paper size loaded.
- Open all access covers and check for paper and any obstructions that would block movement.
- Close all covers and see if error is cleared.
- If error condition still exists, paper is still blocking a sensor flag in the printer.
- If error clears but then returns after trying again, rollers are likely worn or some other obstruction is keeping the paper from moving out of the tray.
- Try turning printer off for 20 minutes to clear error.
